A Journey To Ending Self Sabotage

Let's face it from time to time we all feel life is just one big struggle with a series of never ending problems. However, life doesn't have to be that way. Life is not about struggle and overcoming problems. Life is about pursuing and creating what we truly desire in an easy and stress free manor.

Are your desires continuing to elude you? Are you struggling to create your desires? Did you know that you could be self-sabotaging yourself and you don't even know it?

Maybe your desire is to have more money. While you may consciously desire to have more money, your sub-conscious may hold a belief that it's to hard to make more of money. As a result, very little happens or no progress at all. This can apply to anything you desire. Simply put, your conscious side wants something but your sub-conscious side does not!

Why do we self-sabotage ourselves? We try to change our behaviors to become more successful in business or career but yet we fall back into our comfort zone. Can you identify with this? If you can I have great news for you... that's all about to end. Your going to be able to create the life you desire and remove any and all road blocks that have been standing in your path up till now!

It's critical to understand this disharmony between your conscious and sub-conscious is what is keeping you from your desires. This conflict between the the two sides creates a negative emotional energy block within your electro-magnetic system. As you already know, negative emotions / energy attracts the things you do not want. This is what creates self-sabotage, there is a term for this called Psychological Reversal 1B0Ewhich describes what we consciously want and what we actually do.

All, self-sabotage is the result of psychological reversal. Understanding psychological reversal is important because it can be mistakenly blamed on things like poor motivation, lack of will, laziness, or any number of other forms of character defects. Which when we don't achieve our desires leads to feelings of failure, self-blame, guilt, shame, self-judgment, and self-persecution. This then leads to the belief that we need to deny or punish ourselves. This self-limiting system continues to run on auto-pilot unless you consciously do something to change years of sub-conscious, self-sabotage conditioning.

When psychological reversal is present little to no progress will be made and you will be literally blocked. Psychological reversal occurs when the energy system of the body changes polarity. This will happens outside of one's awareness. It's similar to putting batteries into a electronic gadget backwards, when you turn it on nothing happens because the polarity was reversed. After you placed the batteries in the correct position everything worked normally.

What I have found with myself and most people is, we do very well in many areas of our lives but are psychologically reversed in specific areas which seem to be out of reach. Now, this does not mean we are weak or have a character defect. Psychological reversal has nothing to do with character. However, when there is psychological reversal anyone will have a problem with the polarity of their body. Due to the negative self-defeating fears, phobias, and self-doubts, our body's energy systems begin to work against us. As a result no amount of positive thinking will work.

You are not weak and the world is not against you. It's your own energy system that is causing the problem. Your batteries are in backwards!

Now how does this affect you? No matter what you want in life, or what problems, or fears you want to eliminate, psychological reversal will stop you dead in your tracks. It will limit you in any area of your life mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. So you may have good intentions and consciously want to improve your life but sub-consciously you have programed limits as to how much achievement or improvement you can accept. You may say you want that or you believe that but you conscious and sub-conscious have totally different agendas. This will automatically undermine anything you desire or plan.

This will only lead to a spiral of creating negative things into your existence. It becomes a vicious cycle and you generally settling for so much less then we deserve. We then go through life struggling for the things that we want and coping with our problems and fears the best way we can.

The good news is that you can remove and replace the programs that limit you just as I did. In fact, psychological reversal can be correct quickly and easily. The fundamental rule of all self-help books and training programs is this; if you want to change your reality, you must change your consistent thoughts. By doing this through your constant thoughts become your new reality.

The problem is most people is that they are carrying around thoughts of their past abuses, fears, failures, and guilts. Those consistent thoughts have become their reality. The condition of their life proves them right and they will continue to manifest this until they choose to remove these blocks.

Remember yesterday's thoughts have created your present and today's thoughts are creating your future. Everything we experience in our outside would is a mirror, our conscious thoughts and feelings and more importantly our sub-conscious thoughts and feelings send out a signal to the world to attract into our lives exactly what we believe about ourselves.

Again changing your consistent thoughts, because doing this automatically changes our reality. The first step in the process is to erase the limiting beliefs or thoughts keeping us from what we desire. Second replace the thoughts with new ones. To accomplish this you must begin by identifying which thoughts offer the most resistance or where you self-sabotage yourself. You begin by talking about what you want and why you cannot achieve it. Identify what your negative self-talk is. Your self-talk creates your consistent thoughts. You talk yourself into believing what is true.

Exposing these useless limiting beliefs weakens there influence. The problem with these limiting beliefs is that they cause negative blocks in our energy system. Beliefs as you know are very powerful some are true and some are not.

Next find words that cause positive emotions, words like excited, first place, blessed etc. Affirmations are statements we make everyday. Look at your self-talk it reveals our existing affirmations, beliefs and attitudes.

The persistent repetition of an affirmations along with emotions, conditions the mind to see things differently. The affirmation will eventually become installed as a constant thought. Remember consistent thoughts become our reality. Affirmations are the easiest most powerful ways to replace negative thoughts and create the life you desire, they are highly reliable and they always work when used in a consistent manner.

What will cause you to continue down the same road... negative friends and co-workers, family, tv news radio news and print with all negative reports, religions that make you feel bad about yourself, violent movies, violent books, violent music.
